S.T. Dupont UK offers a 14-day return window for items in their original condition, provided they are unused and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates. Please note that personalized or engraved items are excluded from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
